ERP solution now integrates all areas of the cooperative
With the objective of updating its IT environment, Cotriguaçu – Agricultural Cooperatives of the Western Region of the State of Paraná – adopted the Business Management ERP solution from Senior, a company specialized in offering software for business, people, logistics and access. With the project, still in the implementation phase, the cooperative will increase reliability for decision-making, reduce rework and increase productivity.
Senior's ERP Business Management solution was chosen because it works in accordance with the best corporate resource management practices, makes use of current technologies and offers high growth potential. In addition, the new system will replace a tool developed internally, which served the organization for more than 20 years, but which today has limitations.
Another highlight is that Senior's software will integrate all areas of the cooperative, also talking to the People Management | HCM and Access and Security Management already used by Cotriguaçu.
“We are in an economic moment in which what is acceptable is no longer enough and it is necessary to change”, says Gilson Luiz Anizelli, superintendent of Cotriguaçu. According to the executive, what led to the acquisition of the new ERP was the need for more reliability, real-time data monitoring, cost reduction, in addition to reducing rework. “The tool has great acceptance among large companies, from agribusiness to industry and logistics. We believe that Senior's solution will contribute to our objective of optimizing Cotriguaçu's organizational processes, as well as reducing work in everyday activities, improving the results obtained from the information, with more security and integrity, in addition to assisting in decision making based on these same data”, emphasizes the executive.
In Paraná, Cotriguaçu is serviced by Prisma Softwares de Gestão, Senior's distributor in the state, which is also responsible for implementing the new system.
