Representatives of the companies listed below are invited to participate in a meeting at ABES headquarters (in person and with audio conference service to allow remote access) on the next day January 23 at 3 pm, for installation of the Committee of Coordination of thePROJECT OUTSIDE ICMS”, deliberation on the continuity of the project and definition of the Law Firm that will provide the services.

As proposed in the Project, of the resolutions that may be submitted to a vote, the contributing company will be entitled to participate, computing their votes proportionally between the value of the contribution actually paid by the company and the totality of the contributions paid by the group of project participants.
This Monday, January 15th, the deadline for companies to formalize their adhesion to the “PROJECT FORA ICMS” ended. Until the moment twenty companies signed the “Term of Adhesion” and assumed commitments of financial support to pay for the contracting of the law firm(s).
There are also other companies that intend to contribute resources to the Project, but are unable to make contributions directly to the “Financial Fund”. We are looking for some legal alternatives that allow these companies to participate in the funding of the Project, since these additional financial resources will allow the execution of the Project at the levels initially desired.
