Convergint Technologies, one of the world's largest integrators and a world leader in service-based systems integration, announces the acquisition of 100% from Seal Telecom, a multinational solutions integrator. With reach throughout Latin America, Seal Telecom becomes part of Convergint's global operations and business, contributing with its expertise, resources, suppliers and highly trained professionals. This process was born out of a partnership started about 1 year ago that adds strengths and potentials from both companies, thus increasing the capillarity of the services offered and providing the highest level of service and innovation that multinational customers demand.
