Founded in 2014 by McKinsey & Company, Generation is an independent, not-for-profit organization that provides social support services, mentorship and a community to help ensure the success of its students during the program and after transitioning to the labor market. In addition to Brazil, programs are offered in several other countries, including: Hong Kong, India, Italy, Kenya, Mexico, Pakistan, Singapore, Spain and the United States.
THE HR TECH Platform is an ABES initiative, which aims to help professionals to acquire new technical and behavioral skills. Another goal is to encourage young people to seek job opportunities in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) market. Currently, RH TECH is made up of the following modules: Vacancy Panel, Technological Education Hub (courses), Knowledge Trails (videos), Panorama RH Tech and Study ABES/IDC Workforce.
