With institutional support from ABES, the event will be held at the Hotel Tivoli Mofarrej, in São Paulo, on October 5th. Members of the entity will be entitled to a discount on the registration fee.

Anderson Thees of Redpoint eVentures; Carlos Kokron of Qualcomm Ventures; Fernando Rieche, from BNDES; Jorge Audy, from Anprotec; Rodrigo Vieira, from TozziniFreire Advogados; Suzana Garcia-Robles, from MIF/BID, and Fernando Silva, from Bozano Investimentos, are some of the speakers already confirmed in the conference program.

The event aims to indicate ways to respond to the challenges for integration between companies, especially emerging ones, and the different profiles of investment funds, considering that the capital market in Brazil and in the world has gone through a clear evolution and some oscillations, in the face of economic crises and geopolitical issues. In addition, the process of preparing for the IPO will be discussed, from the changes that must be made in the corporate culture, in the governance structure and in the creation of a strategy for Investor Relations.
