Candidates from all fields of knowledge can apply for the Falling Walls Lab until July 31, a competition that opens the door to anyone who has an idea with transformative potential and wants to share it with global leaders in science, business, politics, art and society. This year, the contest will have two Brazilian stages, promoted by the German Center for Science and Innovation (DWIH São Paulo): one in Fortaleza (CE), on September 20, and the other in Belo Horizonte (MG), in the 23rd of September.
 
Students, researchers, professionals and entrepreneurs from different fields of knowledge and activity have until July 31 to register for the Falling Walls Lab qualifying stages in Brazil. To participate, it is enough to have an idea, a survey, an innovation proposal or an entrepreneurship project, with the potential for relevant transformation, by submitting it online. https://www.falling-walls.com/lab/apply  (South America options – Belo Horizonte or Fortaleza).
 
The winners of the Brazilian stages will win a trip to compete in the world stage of the contest and participate in the Falling Walls Conference, which will take place in Berlin, Germany, on November 8 and 9, respectively. The travel program will be complemented with other activities, such as visits to research institutions in yet another destination in the European Union.
