At Aba Harley-Davidson, a company of the Aba Motors group, considered the largest dealership of the famous motorcycle brand in Latin America, the entire process of monitoring the employees' working hours was carried out by a system that did not satisfactorily serve the managers. And, with the objective of obtaining a more transparent people management, the company implemented the iFractal software. The solution made it possible to centralize the data of the employees of the companies of the group in the same system, but with decentralized administration, that is, each business has access only to its information, while the group's management can consult the data of all the companies in a unique and user-friendly platform.

With the adoption of iFractal's people management software, the Human Resources sector can follow the journey of employees from any device connected to the internet, from anywhere, which facilitates the adoption of remote work.

Another feature of the project is the signaling, for the board and managers, of situations of legal non-compliance at the time of each occurrence, for example, the start of overtime, warning of excessive overtime, notice of employees without time off and inter-day work .

Employees can perform the point record securely with photo, geolocation, access to markings and justifications. Many companies that have already adopted the flexibility in the point registration outside their facilities already benefit from these functionalities.

"It is a dynamic, interactive system, fully structured on the web channel and that provides more agility in the management of the daily routines of clocking, working hours and other day-to-day issues", says Enilene Amaral, director of Human Resources, Information Technology and Commercial of Grupo Aba Motors.

After the implementation of the software, managers are able to process their team's information easily and daily, spending just a few minutes with the activity. In this way, the data is always ready for payroll processing to take place.

All functionalities are in accordance with the norms of the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and the requirements of ordinance 373/2011, which regulates the use of alternative electronic time recording system.

An important challenge of this project was related to the adoption and acceptance of the solution by the employees, as people needed to “buy” the idea. "They needed to understand that the system would propose a more transparent and humanized management of people. I confess that I was very proud when I had the positive feedback from the concessionaire", concludes Marcelo Germano de Oliveira, commercial director of iFractal.
