Compuware, a company that provides technology for application performance management, announced the incorporation of new features for the Data Center Real UserMonitoring (DC RUM) solution. With the new version, organizations can ensure better user experience with enterprise applications.

Among the new features of the solution, the IT department will be able to have end-to-end visibility into third-party applications and services that extend beyond the Data Center boundary. In addition, operations teams will be able to anticipate and prioritize issues using an external performance visualization tool from the user's perspective. Another advantage is that the IT area will be able to quantify the performance of the browser and mobile devices that are not detectable by solutions restricted to Data Center monitoring.

DC RUM now integrates with DynaTrace's best web and mobile user performance monitoring solution, enabling another dimension of business insight into user behavior and conversion rates. Built on the integration of Compuware's APMaaSSynthetic web and mobile monitoring solution, DC RUM delivers a complete view of applications, users and application layers in a single console.

"Compuware's APM is the first solution that delivers a complete view of the experience from the user's perspective and offers a single, simple, and powerful interface. As a result, our customers who have implemented the Compuware APM solution have all the information they operations and IT teams need on a single screen, without additional configuration, ensuring that all applications perform in line with business needs while simplifying communication between IT and business owners. applications," says Michael McLachlan, chief consultant at Forsythe Technology.

With DC RUM, organizations can now transparently analyze application performance information, both synthetic and from a user perspective, when dealing with SAP, Oracle EBS, Microsoft, Citrix hosted applications and other enterprise applications." says Steve Tack, vice president of product management for Compuware's APM business unit.
