Compuware, a provider of Application Performance Management (APM) application performance management technologies, is seeking new resellers in order to expand its operations in Brazil. To achieve this goal, it has held events aimed at the sector.
To explore the Northeast and recruit new channels, the company has already held events in the cities of Recife (PE) and Fortaleza (CE) and will soon make a presentation in Salvador (BA). According to the executive of channels at Compuware APM, Fernando Mellone, the company is making this intervention to attract channels with the capacity to adapt to APM solutions. "These were the first actions in the Northeast and we had good reception. During the event we showed our solutions and how they add value to the resellers' portfolio, mainly improving margins and leveraging new service opportunities", he emphasizes.
As Compuware partners, resellers receive training in APM technologies and the benefits of the channel program, such as certifications, commercial incentives and cooperative marketing, evaluated by levels. "The foundation of our program is the APM Associate certification, which covers fundamental concepts of the new generation of APM and is temporarily available free of charge on the Compuware partner portal. The acceptance of APM solutions has generated interest on the part of companies, mainly because we have reached maturity of the concept of the new generation of APM, bringing new gains to the market, mainly with services", he adds.
In Brazil, Compuware APM has already consolidated itself in the Southeast and is joining efforts to expand its operations in the South and Midwest regions.
