Leroy Merlin, the largest chain of construction material stores in the country, according to ANAMACO, needed to adopt a new collaborative e-mail platform, as the old solution no longer received support from the manufacturer and did not offer the necessary mobility for the days of today.

Solution

 
The company adopted – based on the support of consultancy Dedalus – the Google Apps for business solution, which delivers an e-mail with native antispam and antivirus support on the platform and also allows creating a user account, in just 5% of the normal time. Dedalus conducted a survey with Leroy Merlin employees to study the needs of the business. Afterwards, he carried out the necessary proof of concept, took care of the implementation and support of the Google Apps for business solution.

According to an internal survey at Leroy Merlin, the level of satisfaction is 95%. In just 1 year, there was an increase of 100% in the number of mailboxes for each store.
