Dassault Systèmes announced that one of the world's leading manufacturers of agricultural equipment, CLAAS, based in Harsewinkel (Germany), has completed the implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform at its facilities. Despite already using Dassault Systèmes solutions, CLAAS decided to migrate all of its solutions and its data to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as part of its digital transformation strategy so that all areas can collaborate in real time throughout the life cycle of the products, identifying and solving problems, and involving customers and suppliers in creating experiences.

By adopting a single digital platform for all areas, CLAAS provides quick access to the company's extensive knowledge and know-how and facilitates high-visibility collaboration to enable smart innovation.

The company will use the “Single Source for Speed” industrial experience solutions, “Concurrent Equipment Engineering”, “Ready to Make” and “Ready to Make” and “Keep Them Running (“ keep them running ”) from Dassault Systèmes based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

“Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform is our strategic platform for everything we do in engineering and digitalisation - from ideation to service production and delivery,” says Nico Michels, Director of Digital Products Engineering at CLAAS. “Product information is the same for everyone, giving access to the integrated solution with the latest designs. We need to keep only a single version so that there is no duplication of information ”.

"The global agricultural equipment market is changing rapidly, incorporating the Internet of Things (IoT) at an incredible rate and creating even smarter machines," says Philippe Bartissol, Vice President for Industrial Equipment Industry at Dassault Systèmes. “To achieve this type of innovation, companies need to operate efficiently in this era of dynamic change and behave as a unified whole, an intelligent and connected company. This is what the 3DEXPERIENCE platform brings to CLAAS ”.
