IBM and CI&T, a global specialist in digital solutions, announce a partnership to develop offerings based on bluemix, IBM's cloud platform focused on digital innovation. The objective is to streamline the process of digital business transformation of companies, which seek to increase the gain of competitiveness in the market.

With operations in Brazil, Latin America, North America, Europe and Asia, CI&T expects with Bluemix to meet the needs of its customers, developing specific tools. “CI&T and IBM share the same business strategy: we want to be “the company” when it comes to digital transformation of organizations.

“The Bluemix platform is one of the most complete and easiest options to speed up this process”, explains Paulo Camara, head of digital at CI&T. "We believe that Bluemix has the potential to meet the demands of several verticals, such as the financial market, retail, e-commerce, education, health and services", adds Camara.

According to the spokespersons, IBM's partnership with CI&T is very important because it expands the operations of both companies in the Brazilian and world markets. “The combination of the Bluemix platform with CI&T's competence in digital business transformation makes it possible to create even more innovative projects for companies in any segment”, says Sergio Loza, Bluemix sales director for Latin America. 

Bluemix is a cloud innovation platform. In it, there are more than 130 APIs available with Watson, IoT, Big Data, Analytics, Mobile technologies, among others, that allow startups, developers, partners and companies of all sizes to create new services and applications in a flexible, integrated and fast.
