Giovanna Carloni, Global Privacy Policy Manager, Center for Information Policy Leadership, participated in the online meeting of the Data Protection Working Group, held on 06/09/2020, and shared with the participants the results of the "CIPL's new Accountability Mapping Report - concrete evidence of implementing accountability in data privacy" - an international report on the implementation of data privacy responsibility.

This is a study carried out with 17 organizations, representing various sectors, regions and sizes of companies. It brings together 46 case studies, which make it possible to understand how responsibility, compliance, accountability, transparency and ethics are globally recognized as essential elements for an effective regulation of data privacy and its corresponding implementation.
