Cel-Lep is one of the main language teaching networks in São Paulo, with 38 units strategically located throughout the State and a staff of more than 500 employees. As a reference in language teaching, in 2012 the network was acquired by the HIG Capital group, one of the largest private equity of the world.
 
This acquisition further accelerated the chain's growth, which generated new demands, among them, a system capable of centralizing the management of people in all the chain's units and meeting the growth of the coming years.
 
Scenario:
 
In order to decentralize the tasks of the human resources department and have full control over the company's employees' clocking, Cel-Lep needed a solution to replace the current system in production in a short period of time. The company's executives needed to monitor the movement of employees online based on graphical reports in situations that had a direct impact on the costs of the operating units.
 
Solution:
 
In view of this scenario, Cel-Lep started using the SIIN solution – Intelligent Integration Service in the Clouds, which allows the customer to access the solution from anywhere in the world and from any device (notebook, tablet, smartphone) with internet access . Easy-to-view graphical reports that signal the main divergences related to the point record.
 
Access by the team supervisor to redirect the employee at the time of the occurrence, thus avoiding a drop in productivity and situations that generate labor liabilities. As a characteristic of the business, Cel-Lep maintains operations in several locations throughout the country. In order to be able to receive the registration of all appointments from all locations, a communication module was installed to receive and send the registration of the point online, automatically and without scheduling to the centralized database of the system.
 
Integration of Cel-Lep's legacy payroll system to avoid rework by people in the personnel department. In tasks related to inserting collaborators, posting vacations, certificates, removals, dismissals, promotions, etc.
 
Software used:
 
In order to resolve the issues raised, the iFractal® systems were adopted:
• ifPonto SIIN cubed version that has a series of reports and graphs that indicate the main divergences that directly affect the operation and the costs of the business that can be circumvented at the time of occurrence, thus avoiding an increase in expenses and labor liabilities.
• ifMódulo communication module installed in each of the locations outside the customer's network to send records online to the ifPonto system.
• Implemented resources for the software to operate with the company's rules;

• ease of adaptation and integration between its modules and legacy systems;

Status after implementation:
