The French company Cassiopae, of asset, credit and leasing management software, announced the acquisition of the Credit business unit of Disoft Solutions, an information technology solutions company from São Paulo.
 
The Disoft Credit business unit continues its operation as Cassiopae Brasil Ltda, with Georges Legrand, from Cassiopae, in the position of CEO and Israel Vicente Lopes Júnior, who acted as an executive of the unit, now in the position of director of operations.
 
Disoft Solutions has been in the market for over 28 years. Its Credit division, one of Disoft's four business units, provides software solutions for credit management, with emphasis on Leasing. Disoft is a leader in the Brazilian market, acting in 40% of institutions associated with ABEL (Brazilian Association of Leasing Companies).

Cassiopae V4 software allows the management of multiple financial products in a single system, including asset management, leasing, real estate credit, loans and financing for vehicles, machinery and equipment, as well as consumer credit and fleet management. In addition, many of Cassiopae's worldwide customers operate in Latin America or are planning to expand into this region.
