Human Capital is the theme of a meeting at ABES on May 18

To promote the development of HCM - Human Capital Management (Human Capital Management) processes and the exchange of knowledge between entrepreneurs and HR managers, ABES and the Softex Campinas Center promote a meeting to present the Program HCM The event will be held on May 18, 2016, from 8:30 am to 12 pm, at the Bourbon Convention Ibirapuera, in São Paulo.
 
On the occasion, participants will receive a diagnosis of their position structure and an assessment of the values of their salary scale compared to values paid by other IT companies.

Technology-based companies are strongly based on talent, demand specialized human capital and, therefore, demand that the management and improvement of this human capital be a constant. For these companies, valuing human capital, through structured HCM (Human Capital Management) actions, should be as important as valuing other tangible and intangible assets.

· A survey carried out with several companies at the base of the Softex Campinas Center showed that most of them do not have structured human capital management policies, do not have career development programs or well-defined job and salary structures. In addition, they do not carry out structured actions aimed at knowing the practices and reality of the market in which they operate, that is, they do not benchmark or exchange experiences in the HCM area.
 
· In the HCM Program, companies are assisted and advised in the elaboration and implementation of an Architecture of Positions and Salaries, in the structuring of a Remuneration Strategy, have access to a complete system for evaluating positions and salaries and participate in HR Forums, in which experiences are exchanged and best practices in the area of human capital management are presented.
