To promote the development of HCM - Human Capital Management (Human Capital Management) processes and the exchange of knowledge between entrepreneurs and HR managers, ABES and the Softex Campinas Center promote a meeting to present the Program HCM, on June 20, from 8:30 am to 12 pm, at the Hotel Majestic Florianópolis (SC).
 
Participants will receive a diagnosis of their job structure and an assessment of the values of their salary scale compared to values paid by other IT companies.

Technology-based companies are strongly based on talent, demand specialized human capital and, therefore, demand that the management and improvement of this human capital be a constant. For these companies, valuing human capital, through structured HCM (Human Capital Management) actions, should be as important as valuing other tangible and intangible assets.
