Created in 2019 as part of the priorities of the National IoT Plan, the Brazilian Chamber of Industry 4.0 (Chamber I4.0) has just won an exclusive website, in which the objectives, initiatives, partners are presented and its Plan of Action is disclosed. Action (available for download). Its main objective is to boost industrial development in Brazil through the adoption of 4.0 technologies, promoting increased productivity, competitiveness and economic development.

This chamber brings together government actors and representatives of the industrial and academic sectors, under the coordination of the Ministries of Economy and Science, Technology and Innovations, to formulate and implement initiatives aimed at the adoption of 4.0 technologies by Brazilian industry. ABES is one of the partners, participating in several working groups, where it is always represented by Jamile Sabatini Marques, Werter Padilha and Andriei Gutierrez.
