The 4 pillars of the Modern Software Factory:

•          Agility - To quickly assimilate value with minimal overhead, it is necessary to change how software is built. Highly adaptable and customer-centric methodologies are required. Waterfall's extended-release cycles and rigid, heavy-handed approaches don't provide the speed needed to thrive. CA Agile Central is the leading tool to support agile development models.

•          Automation - Speed matters. And to deliver innovation at speed, the new plant must be highly automated to reduce errors in manual processes and allow technology to free up critical resources to focus on what really counts: creating customer value.

•          Safety - Operating not just in the background, but as a fundamental pillar of the entire innovation path, security embraces the end-to-end process and enhances trust and user experience.

•          Insights – The Modern Factory needs to know exactly how the software is operating, at the same time it needs to know how customers are experiencing the process. This two-way digital connection allows you to discover unmet needs that can be turned into new business opportunities.

With 41 years of global operations, 37 of them in Brazil, CA Technologies employs 11,000 employees in 40 countries.
