The company integrates BMSIX and Livetouch operations to add its service portfolio to its end to end platform
BRQ Digital Solutions, a reference company in building transformation journeys with robustness and security, has just closed two M&As. The organization integrates the services of BMSIX and Livetouch, companies that work with cloud computing and mobile technology.
The move is part of the company's expansion strategy. “Our goal is to bring new solutions into the home, adding value to our Service Platform. In this way, we reinforce our commitment to supporting our clients in all the challenges of digital transformation, placing them at the center of decisions”, explains Rodrigo Frizzi, BRQ's CDO. “With the acquisitions, BRQ gains scale to grow faster and strengthen not only our clients' cloud and mobile projects, but also the expansion of these offers in North America”, he adds.
BMSIX is one of the pioneers in the cloud computing sector in Brazil and is focused on providing automation, innovation and transformation in an agile and consultative way. In 2020, it was elected Google Cloud Services Partner of the Year for Latin America. In the market since 2008, Livetouch, one of the pioneers in mobile in the country, develops technological solutions to innovate customer processes and products, with highly specialized teams that attend to all phases of the project.
According to the CEO and founder of BRQ, Benjamin Quadros, the strategy is to invest in new mergers and acquisitions. “The technology market is very large and we are looking for companies that complement our B2B game”, he says.
