On March 15th and 16th, in Brasília, Brasscom will hold the 2nd Brasscom Public Policies & Business Seminar, which will focus on the development of public policies to enable the digital transformation of government services; the incentives needed to foster more innovation and the impact of new technological trends in the provision of public and private services to citizens, among other issues.
 
ABES members, which institutionally support the event, have a 50% discount on registration. Fábio Rua, director of Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs at IBM and coordinator of the ABES Regulatory Committee, will participate in the event's schedule, on March 15, to talk about the objectives of the Brazil, Digital Country initiative.  

MCTIC's Secretary of Information Technology Policy, Maximiliano Martinhão, and the Secretary of Innovation of the Ministry of Development, Industry and Commerce, Marcos Vínicius de Souza, are on the list of confirmed speakers.
 
According to Brasscom, the event plans to bring together an estimated audience of 300 participants, these being the main government leaders, in the spheres of the Federal Administration, National Congress and Judiciary, involved and interested in the ICT agenda, as well as entrepreneurs, researchers, opinion makers and other entities in the sector.
