Braskem, the largest producer of thermoplastic resins in the Americas, has just launched its 2025 internship campaign. The annual program seeks to engage university and technical education students of all ages and has a strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, in addition to contribute to the local development of communities surrounding the company’s units.

There are more than 250 vacancies open in the states of São Paulo, Alagoas, Bahia, Rio Grande do Sul and Rio de Janeiro. Only in São Paulo are 130 vacancies, being 27 on ABC, 13 in Paulínia, three in Cubatão and the others in São Paulo.

“Interning at Braskem has been a transformative and enriching experience, as I have the opportunity to develop alongside great professionals, have autonomy in my activities and gain responsibilities for my professional and personal growth. The Braskem Internship Program lasts up to two years, starting in 2025. The vacancies are for university level students, starting in the second year (4th period) of a bachelor's or technologist degree, studying Engineering (all), Chemistry , Administration, International Relations, among others. Technical level students must have at least one year of employment with the educational institution in Chemistry, Mechanics, Electronics, Workplace Safety courses, among others. People selected in the Internship Program will have access to benefits such as transportation, food and health insurance, in addition to a competitive grant. The program also aims to provide increasing learning challenges through experience in the corporate and industrial environment. The intern will have the support and monitoring of an educational leader who will guide them during the internship, promoting professional development and growth.
