Brazil ended 2013 with 271.10 million active lines in mobile telephony and teledensity of 136.45 accesses per 100 inhabitants, 9.92 million new subscriptions, an increase of 3.55% according to Anatel data.
In December, prepaid accesses totaled 211.58 million (78,05% of the total) and postpaid accesses 59.52 million (21,95%). Mobile broadband totaled 103.11 million accesses, of which 1.31 million are 4G terminals.
