MegaMind already uses OpenAI's new engine 4 through Azure, Microsoft's cloud solution, and is a safe way to use GPT at work. The company had four main goals when launching the solution: to reduce the risk of confidential information leaks in the company, to help Blippers with daily productivity, to facilitate the flow of internal information and to map needs that employees may have. The contact is also able to transcribe audio and analyze images – the user simply needs to send an image and it will be interpreted.
Since its launch in October 2023, the solution has undergone several evolutions and so far it has more than 100 thousand messages were exchanged on the channel.”We observed significant engagement and rapid adoption of the tool by the team.
