The objective is to disseminate content validated by physicians and inform the population about issues related to Covid-19 through a digital platform with free access

BP – Beneficência Portuguesa of São Paulo, one of the largest and most important private health centers in the country, in partnership with Salesforce, a world reference in customer relationship management (CRM), launched COVID-Info, a platform content based on artificial intelligence.

Developed based on the Community Cloud, the platform aims to provide information validated by doctors and specialists from BP – A Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo to help the population better understand and know how to protect themselves from Covid-19.

The initiative was also supported by technology consulting company Everymind, a Salesforce partner, which donated hours of work to set up the community portal. The online tool is available at the address http://covidinfo.force.com .

The content available on COVID-Info is completely free and will always be updated, taking into account the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO), Ministry of Health, Federal Council of Medicine (CFM), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ( CDC), from the USA. The materials are grouped by subject and the tool allows citizens to also search for specific topics of interest and even direct questions directly to BP experts.

And now we are making this entire collection available through a very user-friendly and intuitive platform. of misinformation, being able to offer this content, which is always very rigorously verified by our experts, is a real service to the population, especially for those who are not physically close to us", says Denise Santos, CEO of BP – A Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo.

More than 530 million people around the world use Salesforce Community Cloud to delve into topics of interest. "COVID-Info highlights Salesforce's commitment to supporting communities, as the solutions used by BP – A Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo, such as Salesforce CMS and Community Cloud, were provided by Salesforce Care, a set of Salesforce products available free of charge for a limited period, to support communities in the fight against Covid-19", explains Fabio Costa, General Manager of Salesforce Brasil.
