In the partnership, Bamboo HR takes care of the management of the ABES Talent Bank, being responsible for all the steps that precede the hiring of new interns, including the continuous disclosure of vacancies, the reception and management of applications, the mapping of candidates, the online tests, face-to-face assessments and the presentation of pre-approved candidates, in addition to supporting the companies responsible for HR in personal interviews and in approving candidates.
In order to use the set of services provided by Banco de Talentos ABES, the investment of the associated company will have a fee, with a lower value than that practiced in the market for this type of work, for each intern hired. In addition, with each hiring, Bamboo HR will offer a free replacement guarantee in case the intern spontaneously leaves the company in less than 90 days.
