Former President of the STF will talk about Legal Security and Digital Transformation
The Doctor. Carlos Ayres Britto, former president of the Federal Supreme Court and former president of the Superior Electoral Court, confirmed his participation as the main speaker at the 8th ABES Software Conference, which will be held on August 20, 2018, at Trio Pérgola and Trio One Berrini , in Sao Paulo.
This year, the event has as its central theme “Digital Transformation of Brazil and Public Policies”, with more than 20 high-level speakers and panelists, rooms for business roundtables and an area for exhibiting companies.
With extensive experience as a magistrate, jurist, professor, author of several legal works and sought-after lecturer, Ayres Britto, who is also a member of the Brazilian Academy of Legal Letters, will address the topic “Legal Security and Digital Transformation”, discussing the regulatory framework that affects issues such as angel investment, taxes, incentive laws, innovation, among other issues relevant to entrepreneurs and the population.
