The new General Data Protection Law in Brazil (LGPD – 53/2018), which was approved on July 10 by the Federal Senate, will regulate the possibilities for data processing by companies and public bodies. Even pending presidential sanction, this rule presents rules that will impact data operations carried out in Brazil or from data collection carried out in the country.

Considering that, in the digital age, most organizations collect and manage data from their users, whether customers, consumers or partners, it is important to already know the obligations, rights and sanctions to adapt to the LGPD.

For this reason, Opice Blum Academy has scheduled for August 10, 2018, from 9 am to 6 pm, in São Paulo, the first course on LGPD, which will highlight the main aspects of this legislation. The training is coordinated by lawyer Renato Opice Blum, with support from instructors Rony Vanzof, Caio César Lima and Fabricio Mota. ABES members have a 20% discount on registration. Get ready!
