Neoway arrives in New York, Brassoftware opens an office in Belo Horizonte
and TmaxSoft joins the VMware Technology Alliance Partner program

Neoway, a company specializing in intelligence solutions that use disruptive technologies such as Big Data and Analytics, arrived in New York this month in search of financial market clients. The company's goal is to conquer, in its first year of operation in the USA, approximately 15 customers and reach revenues of US$ 5 million.

The company is already present in Florianópolis, São Paulo and Porto Alegre, and from the original growth plan for this year, which was 50%, in July, it had already reached 65%. Its next steps are to set up offices in Mexico and Colombia, in order to serve its Brazilian customers operating in Latin America, who will be able to rely on a platform in its other units.

Endeavor partner since 2013, Neoway received investments from Accel Partners, Monashees and Endeavor Catalist in 2014 and is one of the main Market Intelligence companies in Brazil. Its founder and CEO, Jaime de Paula, is responsible for more than 26 artificial intelligence software patents.

Autodesk and Brasoftware Solutions

Brasoftware, one of the main technology providers in Brazil, continues to expand its regional representation and inaugurates its new office in Belo Horizonte (MG). The main focus, at first, is to expand the sale of Autodesk solutions, in action that is part of the expansion strategy, which began in 2014 in the Northeast region and in Rio de Janeiro and, last year, in Brasília.

The new operation in Belo Horizonte has exclusive professionals for marketing and implementing Autodesk solutions throughout the state of Minas Gerais, which already had service for the entire Brasoftware portfolio and has gained more and more representation for the company.

“Brasoftware is a traditional company in the technology sector and, about to celebrate its 30th anniversary, it is recognized for its important successful implementation cases in various sectors. Our goal is to further expand our operations in Minas Gerais, which is a state with a booming market and enormous potential for business growth,” says Eduardo Sukarie, commercial director at Brasoftware.

Autodesk solutions have been one of Brasoftware's main business focuses in recent years. In 2015, these solutions represented 40% of the result of the product lines sold by the company, practically doubling the number that was 22% in 2014. Currently, the regional ones represent 35% of the total participation of Brasoftware's Autodesk business and, with the expansion in Belo Horizon, the focus is to reach 50% by the end of the year.

VMware Partner

TmaxSoft, a Korean multinational provider of software for IT infrastructure, announces its adhesion to the VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) Program in the Elite category of partnership. Members in this modality have a mission to collaborate with VMware to integrate and validate its products with the company's solutions, with the objective of driving transformative business results for its customers.

Through the partnership, which integrates Tibero solutions with VMware solutions, the companies will offer a robust database offering in a virtual data center. “We are optimistic that we will offer a flexible alternative to database licenses in a virtual data center. Tibero, our RDBMS solution compatible with other major players in the market, allows customers to pay only for the capacity they use and get high performance, active clustering, smooth migration and much lower TCO”, says Joshua Yulish, President and CEO of TmaxSoft USA.

“The TAP Program allows companies like TmaxSoft to leverage the benefits of VMware's cloud infrastructure to further transform customer ecosystems,” said Howard Hall, Senior Director, Global Alliances & OEMs, VMware.
