– Who are the main customers?
Some of the company's main customers ASPR are closely linked to technology: Qlik, Business Intelligence, A10, English Live, among other large companies.
– Why did the company’s management decide to join ABES? And how does this affiliation impact business?
THE ASPR, Since its foundation, it has a history of establishing good and important entrepreneurial connections. The first occurred with one of the big fours between 1992 and 1996. Two other important foreign connections took place in 2007 and 2012, making it possible to also serve foreign clients. And, in recent years, we have seen the convenience of linking up with some good business associations.
We see in ABES, for its relevant and diversified services, the ideal conditions for an entrepreneurial connection. We can add value to the services provided by the association, as well as having the opportunity to assist other members who have demands in our area of activity, generating mutual benefits.
– Where is the company located and how many employees does it have?
We are at ABC Paulista, specifically in Santo André. The team ASPR It currently has 50 professionals.
– What are ASPR’s goals for 2024?
THE ASPR plans to have real revenue growth of around 15%, in addition to maintaining the number of team professionals and increasing our profitability. These goals are directly related to the completion and implementation, at the beginning of 2024, of some of the main projects started in the 2nd half of 2023.
Furthermore, we aim to promote the implementation of new processes and modern systemic and BI (business intelligence) resources, aiming to increase productivity; mitigating risks, increasing quality and improving service, always aiming to improve the customer experience.
