The company's focus is to win customers around the world

Apdata, a technology company, outsourcing services and HR consulting, took advantage of its participation in the Gartner Symposium ITxpo 2016, held from October 16 to 20, in Orlando (USA), to present its international expansion process to the market, based on closing strategic partnerships to win global customers who want to run RH LATAM on a single platform.

The company presented the initiatives it is taking with the objective of expanding its operations abroad. According to Roberto Bertolo, director of international business at Apdata, in three years international customers will represent 40% of the business portfolio, in relation to Brazil, with revenues around 30% to 35% coming from abroad.

The executive explains that the intention is to reach five to ten global customers, based in three or more countries. “Although our main objective until 2017 is to be in South and Central America, our proposal is to be present in countries in Africa and Europe, in addition to the United States and Canada”, says Bertolo. To this end, the company is working closely with local partners with extensive knowledge of the market, such as Grant Thornton – present worldwide –, Serhos BPO and Herrera e Associados.

These alliances have as their main objective the sharing of clients and services based on the use of the human resources and payroll management system. In this way, Apdata will be able to count on an “arm” extended in each country, which will serve as support in all matters involving labor and tax laws, in addition to providing direct service to all local customers.

“Apdata's presence at this event reflects on the development of new solutions for people management, following the main world trends. Today, we are among the main providers of services and technology in all countries of the American continent, strengthening the relationship with executives of large companies operating worldwide”, explains Bertolo.

Artificial intelligence concept to automate HR

Apdata created its main product, Global Antares (GA) - composed of several integrated modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Personnel Budget, Frequency Control, Access Control and Security, Judicial Processes, Research, Staff, Positions and Salaries, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Management by Skills and Objectives, Career and Succession, Occupational Medicine and Occupational Safety.

The GA solution also has a group of tools that provide decentralization, interaction and collaboration using the HR Portal and the Mobile Application; integration with other systems and ERPs on the market and automation of processes through virtual users, a robotic and intelligent system, capable of performing routine tasks with precision and security, allowing for greater transparency and agility in processes, eliminating errors and manual intervention.

“Automating HR processes with the GA solution can deliver a 40% increase in productivity. Technology is a great facilitator in the day-to-day operations of HR professionals so that they can focus more on the strategy of personnel development and company growth”, says Bertolo.

GA supports large volumes of data and allows the configuration of access for users according to the policies of each company, with the option of operating the system from different locations (either in another country, company or branch). Its interface design was developed to offer better navigability, ensuring an easy, consistent and relevant user experience.
