Company will invest R$ 6.5 million in 2019 for the construction of a new building in São Paulo, launch of a new tool and in the process of international expansion
 
Apdata, a reference in technology development, outsourcing services and HR consulting, had an excellent sales performance in 2018, jumping from R$ 8.9 million in 2017 to R$ 15.6 million last year. The company ended the year with sales of R$ 80 million, registering an increase of 20% in relation to 2017.
 
According to Silvania Sleiman, the company's commercial and marketing director, the good result is a reflection of the acceptance that the automation, mobility and HR management solutions developed by the company have in the market. “We closed 34 new CNPJs this year. Our software development strategy based on process automation, allowing customers to access via mobile, together with our HR outsourcing offer is being well accepted by companies. We realized this during the eSocial deliveries. While our customers delivered all the data with ease, many companies had problems ”, he explains.
 
Among the new customers won by the company in 2018 are important companies in the wholesale, banking, education, industries and brokerage sectors.
 
For this year, Apdata will invest R$ 6.5 million, R$ 3.5 million in the construction of a new 1,420m² building, which will add to the existing 3,650m² office located in São Paulo. "Our intention is to welcome partners in this new space and contribute to their training", explains Manoel Rocha, founding partner of Apdata. In addition, the company is also investing R$ 1.5 million in the launch of a new module within its offering, called Workforce, which will manage the workforce so that companies achieve their team goals assertively and with all specific business skills and needs and R$ 1 million in the process in the company's international expansion process. Last year, Apdata moved to its own headquarters in the USA and this year it is investing in expanding the team.
 
Internationalization
 
Another highlight of Apdata is due to international growth. At the beginning of the year, the company inaugurated its own headquarters, located in the Florida region, in Orlando (USA), to reinforce the company's strong internationalization drive.
 
Currently, Apdata's solutions are already present in 11 countries, including Angola, Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Mexico, in addition to Brazil, where it has already had a solid presence for over 33 years. The success is due to the needs of companies, mainly multinationals, in incorporating a global HR system, fully integrated, with native and flexible automation processes to absorb the most diverse legal and specific peculiarities.
 
For 2019, the company will prioritize the excellence of the user experience and one of the novelties that are foreseen in its solution is the inclusion of chatbot. “We are improving our mobility strategy every day. After all, we have a generation of leaders and employees who were 'born' using their cell phones and, therefore, we need to meet their expectations. We want the user to have an experience that solves his need with fewer clicks and in the palm of his hand ”, he adds.
 
“Our goal for the coming years is to be a company recognized globally for the HR solutions we have. We are focusing our efforts on this ”, concludes the director.
