Company with solutions focused on communication and public intelligence will expand operations with segments such as cooperatives, asset recovery, airports and smart cities
Dígitro, a company based in Florianópolis and which has been operating for 40 years in the communication and intelligence market, will expand and direct its actions in 2018 in the segments of health, education, information technology, cooperatives, airports, retail and wholesalers. The measure is a reflection of the organization's growth, which recorded revenues of R$ 98 million in 2017. For 2018, the expectation is that there will be an increase of 21% in both verticals, with 41% only in intelligence.
The organization intends to boost its brand, widely known in the public security sector, due to its expertise in the intelligence segment, in which it is recognized as a strategic Defense company, certified by the Ministry of Defense.
“In 2018, we will invest in actions that aim to increase our presence in other markets, such as smart cities and asset recovery management. Another strategic focus is the expansion of the workforce – with a forecast of up to 30 new hires in the first semester”, explained Milton João de Espíndola, president of Dígitro.
Currently, the company has around 440 employees – part of them working at its headquarters in the capital of Santa Catarina and the other in home office throughout Brazil, a modality that the company has offered to its team since 2014.
Presence in Latin America
With operations in Brazil and South America, especially in Peru, where it has a subsidiary, Dígitro has more than 1200 customers, divided into two segments: intelligence and communication. Customers are in various branches of the market, such as Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, Hospital de Santa Maria, Beach Park, Agemed, Seara Alimentos, Veloz Cobrança, Marfrig, Uninter, São Bernardo do Campo City Hall and Imóvel Web, in addition to share of 95% of public security organizations in Brazil.
