As part of its proposal to make Information Technology (IT) a great ally of the hospital sector in Brazil, due to the numerous facilities provided to the areas of operation, management and assistance, the National Association of Private Hospitals (Anahp) starts to offer its members plus an exclusive service, the Anahp Solutions Network (RSA).

The structuring of this new product of the entity counted on the partnership of Information Technology companies recognized for their seriousness and commitment to quality in the provision of services. For the first phase of RSA, the project was joined by Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), a company with over 50 years of experience in IT in the healthcare field.

RSA encompasses solutions in services, and, in this first phase, it is aimed at mobility, productivity, guidance, technical support and continuity services. Are they:

Single Point of Contact (SPOC) – single point of service to record incidents with IT equipment (PCs, notebooks, printers, cell phones and clinical engineering equipment). It is a component of the RSA/HPE Help Desk solution

Help Desk – support center for IT users. It handles from basic incidents to complex problems, efficiently and quickly.

Field Services – Support, repair and replacement, when necessary, of IT equipment, with agility and quality. Increases availability and optimizes operation and maintenance costs.

Black Up & Disaster Recovery – multiplatform solution for incident recovery with data centers, servers and data storage. It is easy to implement and adapt to the needs of each institution, with options for basic, advanced and critical operations.

Other solutions such as PDTI (Information Technology Master Plan), GED Document Typing (Electronic Document Management), Analytics and Image Storage (DICOM), should soon be part of the Anahp Solutions Network.

This new tool offers important benefits to members, such as cost and investment optimization; maximizing the use of IT assets; greater productivity of users in the work environment; operation in a safe environment, within international standards and procedures; agile and efficient services; and patient focus, among others.

RSA is another Anahp initiative that adds to the Digital Hospital concept, as well as the IT Guidelines Manual, launched in 2015, to encourage associates to implement technological resources in hospital routines.
