The two executives, each with more than 20 years of experience in their respective areas, reinforce the team to guarantee an integrated look at all units and solutions, which include the B2C and B2B initiatives of the companies Alura, PM3 and FIAP, acquired in the last two years. The idea is that both play a strategic role in innovation and expansion of the ecosystem, with an eye on offering high-quality educational products and real people's journeys in the teaching processes.

Gurdos celebrates the opportunity and states that he wants to contribute with a customer- and student-centered vision. At the forefront of corporate solutions, its objective is to provide an experience of transformation in companies that addresses different needs, formats and themes. “My career has always been focused on technology and constant learning, which are part of Alura’s DNA. I am very happy with the opportunity to bring technology education to different people and businesses”, he explains.

Specializing in business growth in Brazil and Latin America, with a history in P&L management, sales, marketing, channel development and opening new markets, Tavane has positively impacted each company she has worked with. At Meta, he led a team focused on helping organizations grow through digital marketing, while at Microsoft he had a presence in areas such as cloud computing and online advertising. The professional was also responsible for OLX's B2B sector in Brazil and headed the Uber for Companies area in Latin America.

Contatore has been head of Human Resources for over ten years and led the merger process of HBO, Warner Bros and Turner. The executive also has international experience in consultancy, leading teams in ten countries and managing global stakeholders in complex and matrix organizations.

“I am very happy to take on this position in a Brazilian company, where I will have a greater possibility of influencing the business strategy through looking at people. I want to strengthen the ecosystem by creating synergies to leverage results. Alura, FIAP and PM3 offer technology education at different moments in life and having the 3 companies working in an aligned and integrated way will allow us to deliver a complete portfolio to our students, so that they can achieve even more significant results”, he concludes.
