The surveys bring data that help managers in the implementation of actions, focused on this turbulent period, and also on the resumption of activities

Aiming to support clients in the adoption of initiatives that protect the health of workers, in the face of Covid-19, ADP, a global company in Payroll and Human Capital Management solutions, prepared reports that provide inputs for managers to identify employees who do part of the risk group.

ADP Vice President of R&D and Latam Products, Daniel Abreu, explains that the reports were built based on the experience of professionals specialized in the areas of Human Resources, Health and Safety at ADP, since the beginning of the situation caused by Covid- 19. The main objective, according to the executive, was to bring, in a simpler and more objective way, data that could help customers at this time when decision-making needs to be quick and accurate.

Each client, within its database, will be able to extract information through data reports of its employees, with information related to age group, clinical conditions of greater risk (previous diseases and those that, associated with another illness, have a greater chance of complications), pregnancy, postpartum (puerperium), public transport users, among others.

"The intention was to develop a broad report, which would serve companies, regardless of size or segment. For this reason, in addition to having simple usability, some reports allow adjustments according to the company's needs, such as filtering by range age and history of comorbidities identified in past absences, among others, "explains Abreu. "The idea is that managers are able to extract, quickly and objectively, the data needed to outline the scenario and strategy of their company and implement more appropriate actions to protect their employees", he points out.

return to work

The vice president of R&D and Latam Products at ADP also emphasizes that the reports will be essential for companies to prepare their plan to resume activities. "The return process will be different in each region of Brazil. For example, within the same economic group, our customers may have companies that are already in cities classified in phase 2 or 3 of the local flexibility plan, while others may be in locations with even greater travel restrictions and associated risks", he points out.

According to Abreu, with this scenario mapped out, entrepreneurs are able to identify, for example, which employees need to remain in the home office at this time and, also, which adaptations will have to be made in the work environment to preserve the health of those who still belong to risk group or situations.
