O ADP Brazil Labs, ADP's global center for product development and innovation, a leading company in payroll and human resources management solutions, continues to expand its workforce and has 80 vacancies open for different areas and levels in the technology segment. They are intended to work at the company's headquarters, located in Porto Alegre (RS).
According to the vice president of ADP Brazil Labs, Julio Hartmann, the company is one of the seven innovation centers that ADP has worldwide. “We have the mission of developing software and infrastructure solutions for ADP's technological products in the more than 140 countries in which the company operates. Therefore, the projects developed by the Labs professionals have a global scale, allowing them to interact and exchange experiences with different regions of the world”, he explains.
The vacancies currently open are for the areas of UX, data science, machine learning, back-end (Java, Node, Python, C# .NET), front-end (JavaScript: Angular, React), product owner, production support ( N3), software agility and quality with automation.
As the professionals work in a distributed manner with employees from other countries, proficiency in English is one of the company's requirements. However, the lack of this competence should not be seen as a barrier by candidates, since ADP Brazil Labs has internal programs to help employees improve skills that are important for their professional growth.
