As part of its expansion plan in Latin America – which began with the move to an office more than twice as large – Adobe announces the formation of a team of digital marketing consultants in the region. Based in São Paulo (SP), the company's Latin American operation now has professionals specialized in disciplines such as analytics, cross-channel marketing, mobile and digital advertising. They will serve as catalysts for the digital projects of different clients and brands that aim to offer the best experiences to their consumers throughout the consumption journey, in addition to helping in the implementation of the solutions that make up the Adobe Experience Cloud platform.
 
“Today, the demand of consumers, increasingly empowered by the voice they have gained with technological development, transcends the quality of a product or service purchased”, explains Federico Grosso, vice president of Adobe for Latin America.
 
“We live in the age of experience and that is exactly what they want, which requires brands to change their mindset so that they can deliver to their customers what they expect. And for that, there is no way to do without the latest marketing technologies and, as a provider of these solutions, Adobe also wants to assist in consulting companies for the implementation of tailor-made projects for their businesses in Latin America”, concludes the executive.
 
To structure the area, Adobe hired four experienced market professionals: Luciana Castro, a specialist in data-driven and analytics-driven marketing, as well as cross and multi-channel campaigns; Fernando Teixeira, specialist in programmatic marketing and advertising in digital channels; Jefferson Araujo, specialist in mobile strategies and customer experience; and Andre Blazko, who takes over as head of consulting for Adobe in Latin America. All consultants report to Douglas Montalvao, the company's Director of Solutions and Customer Success for the Latin American region.
 
At Adobe, new hires will work in consulting the company's customers for the development of digital projects - whether in adopting more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, or in defining the scope for the beginning of a project, always in accordance with the real partner's needs and possibilities. In addition, Adobe experts will closely monitor the results to proactively suggest new actions or solutions that can enhance brands' performance with the goal of delivering good consumer experiences.
