Distributor offers tailored services to boost channel success and transform projects into results

Adistec, a leading distributor of technology solutions in Latin America, is reinforcing the performance of its Adistec Professional Services (APS) business unit, created to add value to the reseller ecosystem with specialized technical services. Under the command of Cleber Nakada, Development Manager and Cloud Solutions Architect at Adistec Brazil, the area gains new services and a remodeled structure to better meet partner demands.

According to Nakada, the objective of the area is to provide technical and consultative support to resellers, delivering complete solutions with high added value to our channels and to their end customers. To this end, Adistec offers everything from designing the project scope, alignment meetings, defining activities, to formalizing the proposal itself and executing it — always through our resellers.

“Our role is not to replace the channel, but rather to act as a complementary force. We want to support, add value and deliver together. Whether with personalized or pre-configured services, the focus is always to benefit the partner and increase its relevance to the end customer,” highlights the manager.

With services such as Rapid Deploy and Quick Start packages, which allow for rapid implementations — between 1 and 10 days — APS offers solutions with agile methodology, defined scope and fixed price, reducing delivery time and increasing predictability. Delivery can be done remotely, further optimizing partners’ resources.

In addition, APS also provides specialized consultancy based on PMI (Project Management Institute) best practices, covering everything from analysis and architecture to QA and implementation, ensuring that projects are built based on the client's real needs, with a focus on results and technical efficiency.

The model also allows the partner to resell the service with a margin or integrate it into their portfolio as added value, strengthening their position of trust with the end customer. This approach has already shown concrete results in generating new opportunities and strengthening business relationships.

“Offering a robust and reliable technical service on behalf of the channel is a powerful way to increase the customer’s perception of value and reinforce trust in the business relationship. APS is here to help partners deliver more, better and faster,” adds Nakada.

End to end: from design to distribution

This closeness to the channel is one of APS’s great differentiators. By working side by side with the partner at every stage of the project — from understanding the customer’s needs to technical delivery — Adistec guarantees a specialized and personalized service that strengthens confidence in the solution offered. This allows the reseller to safely expand its portfolio and generate even greater perceived value for the end customer.

According to data from Canalys IT Opportunity, global IT spending is expected to grow by 8.3%, reaching US$$ 5.44 trillion in 2025, driven by demand for technical expertise and support in increasingly complex and multicloud environments. ABES (Brazilian Software Association) also projects growth of 9.5% for the IT sector in Brazil in 2025. These figures show how the market is expanding and demanding increasingly sophisticated and integrated services.

With a focus on integration, customization and high-performance delivery, Cleber Nakada adds that APS has already participated in the implementation of 16 strategic projects with major players in the sector such as Tenable, Object First and Lenovo.

“With this robust structure, Adistec reinforces its commitment to the channel, consolidating itself as a strategic partner not only in the distribution of solutions, but also in the delivery of end-to-end services, which enhance the resellers' business and enhance the end customer's experience”, he concludes.
