Team restructuring strengthens operations in Brazil with new leadership and a focus on channel marketing and support for portfolio growth

Adistec, a value-added distributor with a presence throughout Latin America, announces investments in its marketing and distribution divisions in Brazil. The initiative includes new hires and internal moves in key positions within the company, as part of the strategy to support the expansion of its Brazilian operations, which saw a 26% increase in headcount in the first months of 2025.

With the expansion of its portfolio and the arrival of new global brands to its distribution base, Adistec has been increasing investments in local infrastructure, team training, and initiatives focused on channel relationships. The current reinforcement directly reflects this trend, expanding the company's ability to deliver consultative value and specialized support to the demands of the Brazilian market.

The changes focus on improving internal processes, strengthening technical support and increasing proximity to partner channels.

Channel Marketing

Carolina Ganança takes over as head of the Channel Marketing department. The unit will be responsible for coordinating campaigns, developing initiatives with partners, and ensuring the integration of communication and business strategy.

"We're entering a new phase at Adistec, and Channel Marketing plays a fundamental role in this transformation. Our goal is to act increasingly strategically, serving as a bridge between manufacturers and channels, promoting initiatives that generate demand and increase the visibility of the brands we represent. We have a growing, energetic team ready for the challenges ahead. We want to be a market leader, demonstrating that it's possible to drive results through solid partnerships and innovative solutions that truly make a difference to the business," says the executive.

New challenges and expanding structure

In addition to the new Channel Marketing leadership, Adistec also made significant internal changes. Bruna Silva, who served as Marketing Coordinator for Brazil, became Marketing Manager Business Units for LATAM, replacing Romina Bonaudi, who now assumes the role of Digital Marketing Manager for LATAM. The team was also strengthened with new professionals and now includes a design manager based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with operations throughout Latin America.

According to José Roberto Rodrigues, Country Manager of Adistec Brazil, the team restructuring reflects market developments and responds to the growing demand for more integrated, technical, and efficient structures. "Adistec seeks to expand its service capabilities in critical areas such as data centers, information security, cloud, and automation, focusing on high-value-added solutions and consultative support," he states.

Rodrigues states that new hires are planned by the end of 2025, especially in the areas of technology, sales, and customer service. "The goal is to maintain sustainable growth, with a team capable of anticipating trends, supporting channels with agility, and delivering real value to business partners," says the executive.

With this new phase, Adistec reinforces its market positioning as a technology distributor committed to operational excellence, the continuous evolution of its solutions and services, and the construction of an increasingly connected, collaborative ecosystem prepared for the challenges of the sector.
