Selected companies will present themselves to investors
Registration is open for entrepreneurs interested in presenting themselves at the fifth edition of the Export Venture Forum. Promoted by the Brazilian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital (ABVCAP) and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil), the event consists of a selection and training process for exporting companies or companies with the potential to expand in the international market. This process culminates in the presentation of eight outstanding companies to qualified investors.
Applications will be accepted from companies across the country that have presented up to R$100 million in revenues in the last year. Entries can be made through the website. www.ventureforum.com.br until the 5th of September.
After the selection stage, 20 companies will be summoned to attend a face-to-face evaluation panel made up of managers and market specialists, on September 20th and 21st, and training, on September 22nd. After this stage, eight companies will be chosen and will have individual coaching, in which they will learn the entire process an entrepreneur goes through to reach a partner-investor, in addition to learning about techniques for building an attractive pitch for the Venture Capital manager.
The final presentation will take place on October 27th, at the 3rd Brazilian Venture Capital Conference, at the Hotel Transamérica São Paulo. The activity is part of Brazil Week São Paulo, a week that will bring a series of actions aimed at promoting entrepreneurial capital investments.
