Agenda includes recent changes and taxation of SAAS, IAAS, PAAS and Cloud
  
This month, the ABES working groups will hold two meetings to discuss issues related to taxation, on the 25th and 27th of July, both at the Bourbon Convention, in São Paulo, and invite members to participate in the discussions.
 
The first of them, on Tuesday (25/07, 3 pm) is organized by Study Group on Taxation of SAAS, IAAS and PAAS, including Cloud Computing services🇧🇷 The purpose of the meeting is to align and deepen the themes discussed in the first meeting of this subcommittee linked to the Regulatory Committee.
 
On Thursday (27/07, 15h), the Tax Working Group (WG), also linked to the Regulatory Committee, will meet with members to discuss recent changes in tax legislation. Check out some of the agenda items:
 
·         Technological innovation: success stories in the approval of projects submitted to MCTIC
 
·         Special Tax Regularization Program (PERT)
 
·         Inspection and Saas Study Group: ISS tax assessments of companies that sell software licenses
 
·         Payroll reinstatement: National Congress and lawsuits
 
“We count on everyone's presence to exchange experiences and information with the members of the Tributary WG, which certainly contributes to enriching the debate on the main topics in the area that impact the management and business of ABES associates”, summons André Iizuka, one of the coordinators of the working group.
