The directors presented an overview of the Brazilian software and services market, with the main figures for the sector in 2015. “We also discussed several particular aspects of the national market and the impacts of the current political and economic moment on the sector's business”, said Camargo. Information security and intellectual property were also topics of the meeting.
 
Currently, Brazil maintains several strategic partnerships with the United States, which aim to foster innovation and promote business generation in different areas of knowledge, with the IT and software sector playing a key role in bringing the two countries closer together.
