In order to ensure the maintenance and effectiveness of its compliance policy, ABES will hold a training session on its Integrity Program, in addition to addressing issues related to anti-corruption compliance, in accordance with Law No. 12,846/2013 and other regulations.
Delivered by ABES' compliance officer, Carolina Marzano, the training will be aimed at all directors, directors, employees, committee and workgroup coordinators.
“The objective is to deepen knowledge about the legal requirements and responsibilities, as well as the association's guidelines, enabling them to identify, prevent, treat and communicate risk situations or with indications of irregularities, which is why the presence of all is essential. ”, highlights Caroline.
As part of the Integrity Program, the periodic training are essential to strengthen the program and keep people aligned with the association's values, practices and objectives.
