Online event proposes to answer questions about new sales approaches and ways to commercialize technological solutions

Sao Paulo, June 15, 2020 - In the last few years the market has been showing signs of changes in the sales processes in IT services and products. Companies are looking for solutions that go beyond the concepts of marketing, sales and services, to mitigate customer problems and establish lasting business relationships.

On the other hand, technological advances have changed the habits of social consumption, many stores have started to be searched for on the internet, blogs or social networks. That is, for organizations to win the hearts and minds of customers, they will have to be part of their virtual routine. And the isolation measures to contain the advances of Covid-19, only strengthened the concept and forced the migration of these companies to a new field of action.

In view of the transformations caused by the pandemic, is the sales market able to face the "new normal"? The Brazilian Association of Software Companies - ABES, invites consultants and executives to address the expectations of the sector in the face of these new behaviors. The virtual conversation circle takes place on June 17th, at 2:30 pm, free registrations are made on the website http://www.sympla.com.br/ABESSOFTWARE .

"The new times arrive with new concepts and technologies, and everyone needs to be prepared for these changes. The sooner we adapt the forms of sales and teams, the better. This movement can be a new design to do business and further strengthen the relationship with our customers ", comments ABES president Rodolfo Fücher.

For Advance Consulting CEO Dagoberto Hajjar, "Every time we have a major crisis in the market, people's behavior patterns change and, necessarily, we have to change the way we sell. In particular, Corona-Virus put salespeople and home office buyers and is putting the economy in a war situation. We have to learn new sales tactics ".
