The meeting's schedule will feature the presentation of the features and flexibility of GeneXus 15, the new version of this software creation tool that has just been released worldwide. Currently, more than 8,500 companies in 50 countries use GeneXus, a platform that allows professionals to develop corporate applications for multiple platforms, with agility, reliability and security.
With the theme "Develop your web, cloud and mobile applications in an agile and unique way”, Gerardo Wisosky, GeneXus Country Manager, opens the event and will present solutions for companies that need to be agile to run in the cloud, have a single programming for iOS and Android, think about IoT and other current challenges faced by developers. “In addition, I will speak directly to those who need version control and an integrated testing tool”, says Wisosky.
Streamlining the development of solutions for SAP
“Connecting your application to SAP and SAP HANA” will be the lecture by Alexandre Torres, from AGL Solutions. According to the executive, the theme of his presentation meets the needs of the community of GeneXus developers, who know the importance of connectivity between software.
“We will allow solution providers to expand their product offerings to the SAP community, without necessarily becoming SAP experts. For customers, SAP or not, it is the opportunity to deliver projects with modern technology, with reduced deadlines and costs, using a product approved by SAP itself”, explains Torres.
Bearing in mind the smaller budgets and the need to deliver greater results, Torres says they will show how simple it is to create mobile applications and integrate solutions with SAP and SAP S/4HANA using GeneXus.

The software makes it possible for the task board or kanban be transferred to the online environment, with management in an interactive way and, at the same time, improving the stages of planning, control, monitoring, execution and evaluation of project results – also called the PDCA management method (PLAN – DO). – CHECK – ACT/ADJUST). “SCRUM is an intelligent methodology for managing and planning software projects that can also be used by companies in other sectors. Our tool adds transparency and constant review of each stage, in addition to allowing you to retrieve the entire history and progress of the project, and generate the information necessary for the evaluation of strategic KPIs.”, highlighted the executive.
