The event, which will be 100% online and free of charge, will discuss the importance of innovation ecosystems and will feature experts and entities from the sector

São Paulo, November 22, 2021 – New technologies and new forms of management are the great challenges faced by organizations around the world. And, in Brazil, it's no different. To identify paths and inspire entrepreneurs, ABES – Brazilian Association of Software Companies is promoting, on November 24th, another edition of the Café com Inovação event. The meeting, which will be 100% online and free of charge, will be translated into pounds and will be attended by experts and representatives from the Brazil-Germany Chamber (AHKRS), Softsul, Celeiro TecnoPuc and the Government of the State of Rio Grande do Sul.

According to Rodolfo Fücher, president of ABES, promoting meetings on innovation contributes to building a more digital and less unequal Brazil. “Having policies, hubs and instruments to invest in Innovation is one of the factors that stimulate regional development. For this, each Brazilian state must have a mobilized ecosystem formed by Companies, Governments, Organizations and the Academy”, he declares. Marcia Lippert, Managing Partner Lippert Advogados and Vice President of ABES in RS, highlights that this is the first event held by the association in the state, and that the objective is to bring what is happening in Rio Grande do Sul in the areas of Science, Technology and encouragement of innovation. "Our guests are going to accelerate regional development and contribute to Brazil's growth and the country's competitiveness globally," he says.

For Dietmar Sukop, Executive Director at the Brazil-Germany Chamber, innovation is a determining factor for a company's survival. “The world is constantly changing, and being innovative is increasingly a necessity in the business sphere to survive, to be competitive. The Brazil-Germany Chamber encourages the exchange of ideas and know-how between the two countries, encouraging an innovative spirit in corporations”, he says.
