We have shown how the use of data and technology has improved health, urban mobility, education, among other areas. People's participation has exceeded our expectations. Officially launched in July 2016, the Brasil, País Digital page on Facebook already has more than 16 thousand followers”, highlighted Gutierrez, one of the coordinators of this project.

One of the most anticipated moments of the Congress was the talk by Vint Cerf, which took place on October 4th, considered one of the fathers of the internet and, currently, vice-president of Google. In “Unlimited Business: Internet in the 21st Century”, he discussed the future of the internet and the main challenges for its development. Cerf made it clear that the internet is not finished, but is still under construction. According to him, there is still a large number of businesses in the area with strong potential for evolution, such as new protocols, new functions, high-performance applications and the Internet of Things.
