Entity supports the event that will be held on the 28th at FEA-USP
Knowing the daring strategies of Brazilian IT entrepreneurs, who are successfully competing in the international market, is the objective of the Seminar Internationalization of IT Companies in an Environment of Uncertainty: Opportunities, Risks and Strategies, which will be held on June 28, at FEA-USP, in São Paulo.
The seminar is promoted by FEA – USP School of Economics, Administration and Accounting, with the support of FIA-Fundação Instituto de Administração, ITS – Instituto de Tecnologia de Software and ABES – Associação Brasileira das Empresas de Software, which will also present The lecture ABES' Prospective View of the IT Services and Products Market, by the managing partner of Vtex Rafael Forte, member of the entity's SaaS Committee.
According to the event's organizer, Prof. Dr. Nicolau Reinhard, coordinator of the Informatics Program and the MBA Course in Technology and Information Management at FIA and professor at FEA-USP, investing in internationalization, in normal situations, is a high-risk decision, given incomplete information, potential conflicts cultural and other uncertainties. In addition, with the current situation in the country, the concern of the Brazilian IT company, when facing foreign markets, is significantly greater than in previous years.
“However, we have companies that act more strategically and invest in the internationalization of their products, services and in themselves. They seek partners in target markets, sign joint ventures, attract investors, bring visitors to the country to be better known and, above all, continue to innovate. We are going to talk about opportunities, risks and precautions to be taken in this process”, explains Professor Reinhard.
