Represented by the entity's compliance officer, Carolina Marzano, ABES participated in the roundtable held by lawyer Thiago Luís Sombra, from Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. and Quiroga Advogados, in Brasília, on "civil non-prosecution agreements and leniency agreements: how will the two intersect in the Anti-Corruption scenario?", as part of the association's activities related to the Integrity Program and monitoring of debates in this area.

The event, held on March 10, also had the participation of a qualified group of companies, partners and members of the Federal Public Ministry, the Federal Comptroller's Office and the Federal Attorney General's Office, among them: Vladimir Aras, Paulo Cirulli , Renata Beraldo, Paula Barretto Hartmann, Felipe Dantas, Júlia Loureiro de Lima, Claus Nogueira Aragão, Thiago Jabor Pinheiro, Lauro Celidonio, Rogerio Taffarello, Renata Fonseca Zuccolo Giannella, Laura Senra, Izabela Pacheco Telles and Iago Grillo.
